8 Months

Who is this girl and what happened to my baby? At 8 months old she's a mover and a shaker. Literally, she gets pretty much anywhere she wants to go (ain't no mountain high enough...mountain = mommy) and anytime she hears music she does a little shake. She also cleans up better than my Dirt Devil. Seriously, everything goes into her mouth. I could have the house spotless (but that's not usually the case) and she'll still find something to eat. Need a good vacuum...we'll make a deal.

Born in the jungle?

I never got a picture of it, but I never want to forget my gorilla baby. I think there was a mix up at birth and Alanna was really Tarzan's baby. She used to hold everything with her feet. If she tried to pick something up with her hands her feet would always be there for assistance. Sometimes her feet would even come in handy when she needed a snack. I just love my little gorilla girl!

Whoa, Mom!

You know you're a crazy driver when you find your baby sleeping like this. Ha Ha! I love it!

2 Bucks 2 Bucks 2 Bucks

Wayyyyyyyyy back in August (I can't believe it's already October) we took Thanksgiving Point up on its offer of $2 Tuesdays. Who can pass up that deal? Even the Memmotts who live in Orem and feel like the drive to Lehi takes a decade can't pass up the $2 Tuesdays. So, here we are at the Dinosaur Museum and the farm loving every minute of it and loving it even more when it's $2.

Don't you love the pose? She should be on the next top model.
Ry Ry screaming like a little girl when he thinks Uncle Jason is going to toss him in!
Chloe screaming like a little girl when she thinks daddy's tossing her in (oh wait, she is a girl).

More birthday festivities

The birthday festivities consisted of the following:
The classic see how many sponges you can get on the frisbee floating in the pool
The favorite pool version of musical chairs

What's a pool party without a water balloon fight

And who knew the ladybug sprinkler would be such a hit (except for Alanna)

If you really want to get someone wet hand them a soaking wet kid!

Thanks for the awesome presents!!

Let's eat!

And last, but definitely not least, time to get your jump on!
